Step1
Go to YouTube youtube.com and find a video that you love. Copy the URL that in the Red box. Like this format:www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdUUx5FdySs
Paste your video file URL to Grab Video box of the Youtube FLV Downloader, it is a freeware, get flv url, then click download, you will get flv file on your coomputer

Free download FLV to AVI MPEG WMV 3GP MP4 MP3 iPod Converter (click here to download it ) and install it, then launch the program and Click “Add” button to load FLV video files you downloaded.

Configure the settings for iPod music
You can change audio codec, sample rate, bit rate, and channels with Settings tag.
Click on the triangle button in the Export format box, select Audio, and Audio MP3:

Click “Change” button to choose an output folder for the output files.
To change the output dictionary, please click on the folder right behind the Export to…box.
Step5, you can click on “Convert” tag and “Start” to extract the youtube video to audio MP3 in the generated output file.
and what you need to do at last is to import the encoded iPod mp3 music into your cute iPod player with iTunes and sit back to enjoy.
tips: If you want to get better mp3 quality, you can select a higher audio bit rate and sample rate in the settings window.If you don’t want to do these settings, the default settings will just work perfectly.
